The peri-implant epithelium plays an important role in the prevention against initial stage of inflammation. In order to minimize the risk of peri-implantitis, it is necessary to understand the biological characteristics of the peri-implant epithelium. The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristic gene expression profile of peri-implant epithelium as compared to junctional epithelium using laser microdissection and microarray analysis.种植体周围上皮（peri-implant epithelium）在抵御炎症初始进程中发挥着关键作用。为最大限度降低种植体周围炎的发病风险，阐明种植体周围上皮的生物学特征具有必要性。本研究旨在通过激光显微切割（laser microdissection）联合基因芯片分析（microarray analysis），对比探究种植体周围上皮与结合上皮（junctional epithelium）的特征性基因表达谱。
