Gene profiles in inguinal white adipose tissue in Hsp20 knockout mice

To investigate the function of HSP20 in adipogenesis and thermogenesis of white adipose tissue. Total RNA were extracted from inguinal white adipose tissue of 6 mice (12 weeks old, 3 Hsp20 knockout, 3 wild type in C57BL/6 background as control).本研究旨在探究热休克蛋白20（Heat Shock Protein 20）在白色脂肪组织的脂肪生成与产热过程中的功能。实验从6只12周龄的C57BL/6背景小鼠的腹股沟白色脂肪组织中提取总RNA，其中3只为Hsp20基因敲除小鼠，另外3只为野生型对照小鼠。
