Dataset for "Flickering of the Vela pulsar during its 2016 glitch"

Dataset for the paper "Flickering of the Vela pulsar during its 2016 glitch".  These files contain the summary statistics for each individual pulse around the glitch (kb_database_2016-12-12.h5) and during a period away from the glitch (kb_database_2016-09-18.h5). We additionally provide two scripts and a matplotlib stylefile to recreate Figures 1a and 1b from the publication.
