Definition of pt4 and pt14 anti-Ap1-17 Abs motifs.

a)Multiple alignments were performed with MULTALIN at Pole Bio-Informatique Lyonnaise (http://npsa-pbil.ibcp.fr/cgi-bin/npsa_automat.pl?page=/NPSA/npsa_multalin.html). Amino acids matching those of the motif are underlined and bold.b)Phage supernatants were diluted 16-fold. Values are mean (±SEM) of duplicate wells.
