Gene expression profiling of ATP9A knockdown HepG2 cells

Analyzing the molecular mechanism of extracellular vesicle release in ATP9A knockdown HepG2 cells by differences in the gene expression level. Total RNA was obtained from the ATP9A depleted HepG2 cells 72 hours after the transduction with short hairpin containing lentiviral construct. Gene expression microarray was performed by using Illumina bead array to study the diffences i gene expression pattern.
