FASTA files for primate species

Aligned nucleotide sequences for primate species. Coding sequences were obtained by tBlastN search on Ensembl for the following primate species: Crab eating macaque (Macaca fascicularis), White faced capuchin (Cebus imitator), White tufted marmoset (Callithrix jacchus), Ma’s night monkey (Aotus nancymaae), Gibbon (Hylobatidae), Bamboo lemur (Hapalemur griseus), Sooty mangabey (Cercocebus atys), Olive baboon (Papio anubis), Gelada (Theropithecus gelada), and Mouse lemur (Microcebus danfossi) against the TLR7 in humans. The coding sequence for the rat (Rattus norvegicus) was also obtained and served as the outgroup. All CDS sequences were aligned using MUSCLE in AliView software.
