Metagenomics of soil invertebrate mock communities. MG_MetaInv

In ecological research, biodiversity is an important measure to investigate how the nature responds to changing environment and conditions. This study aims to establish a metagenomic method to document species compositions, by examining impacts on the metagenomic data by using diverse soil invertebrate mock communities. These impacts are biomass, taxon- and species identity, body type, genome size and reference database quality.
