SIN1 is aberrantly overexpressed in glioma, but its role in glioma remains unclear. We knockdown the expression of SIN1 in U251 cell lines to explore its function and molecular mechanisms. The shRNAs targeting SIN1 and the negative scrambled control shRNA were constructed into pSLenti-U6-shRNA-CMV-EGFP-F2A-Puro-WPRE vector. U251 cells were transduced with these lentiviruses and extracted the total RNA for transcriptome sequencing analysis.
