Analysis code and derived data: pigmentation signalling, not immune proteases, drives keratinocyte carcinogenesis

Derived result tables, analysis scripts and figures supporting a cis-pQTL Mendelian randomization study of actinic keratosis, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma (ASIP-MC1R pigmentation axis versus immune-protease signals), including colocalization, cross-platform replication, the pigmentary phenotype layer and tissue-layer analyses. This version contains the figure set as submitted (JEADV numbering Fig1-Fig8 plus the graphical abstract, and the BJD numbering Fig1-Fig4 plus the supplementary landscape figure) and the current analysis and figure-building scripts. This version replaces Figure 1 with a programmatic redraw (same text and numbers, new layout).
