Phyloseq objects containing data used for analysis in Lokmer et al. (2020): Response of the human gut and saliva microbiome to urbanization in Cameroon, Sci Rep. Details can be found in Methods section of the article.<br>cameroon_2017_urbanization_wholeDS_phyloseq.RDS- list of phyloseq objects containing otu tables for ASVs, 85-99% opticlust and 85-99% bdtt OTUs and a genus otu table (RDP database based taxonomy)- all fecal and saliva microbiomes included- missing data in the metadata were imputed with missForest (original metadata can be found in Supplementary Table 1)<br>cameroon_2017_urbanization_ruralUrban_phyloseq.RDS- list of phyloseq objects containing otu tables for ASVs, 85-99% opticlust and 85-99% bdtt OTUs and a genus otu table (RDP database based taxonomy)<br>- fecal and saliva microbiomes of rural and urban samples only<br>- missing data in the metadata were imputed with missForest (original metadata can be found in Supplementary Table 1)<br>cameroon_2017_urbanization_wholeDS_PERFectFiltered_phyloseq.RDS<br>cameroon_2017_urbanization_ruralUrban_PERFectFiltered_phyloseq.RDS<br><br>- same as above, only the fecal and saliva microbiomes are in separate phyloseq objects as they were separately filtered for beta diversity analysis<br>
