This repository contains the curated geospatial database and MATLAB computational reproduction package supporting the study: “A Century of Tidal Transformation in the Delaware Estuary: Anthropogenic Modification, Nonlinear Harmonic Response, and Flood-Relevant High-Water Duration.” Contents & Components: Historical Shoreline Change GIS Database (1881–2014): A cleaned ArcGIS Pro project (.aprx) and file geodatabase (.gdb) documenting Delaware River and Estuary shoreline evolution across three epochs (1881–1946, 1946–1970, 1970–2014). Includes vector layers, hydrographic references, Landsat imagery, automated ArcPy processing scripts, and detailed data catalogs. Tidal Dynamics & Hydrodynamic Analysis Package (MATLAB): Analysis-ready hourly water-level and river-discharge records, geometric datasets, and automated workflow scripts. Workflows reproduce historical tidal-range assessments, harmonic and breakpoint analyses, tidal asymmetry/admittance calculations, high-water duration modeling (DLTR), and sensitivity evaluations (relative sea-level rise, record length, and discharge). Usage: All analytical figures, tables, and execution logs can be fully reproduced by running the master script run_all_analysis.m in MATLAB (R2021a or later). Python/ArcPy scripts are provided to rebuild and standardize the geospatial database. Detailed metadata, attribute definitions, and instructions are provided in the included documentation.
