This dataset was collected using a U.S.-manufactured radiometric device with model MP3000. This device is internationally recognized and widely adopted worldwide. The data collection period runs from September 15, 2018 to December 31, 2019, and the data was acquired on the rooftop of the Harbin Meteorological Observatory office building at Gaoke Road, Songbei District, Harbin City.
