Hypertensive SHR vs WKY, RVLM, PVN, SON, NIL

We have used Affymetrix microarray-driven gene profiling to comprehensively describe the expression of mRNAs in the brainstem and hypothalamus in the adult male spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) as compared to its normotensive parental Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) strain.本研究采用Affymetrix微阵列（Affymetrix microarray）驱动的基因表达谱分析技术，全面对比分析了成年雄性自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）与其血压正常的亲代Wistar-Kyoto（WKY）品系的脑干和下丘脑中的mRNA表达水平。
