Raw sequence reads of burkholderia thailandensis adaptated under SXT pressure

The aim of this study is to investigate the genomic adaptations of Burkholderia thailandensis (E264) under trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TS) selective pressure. Bacterial populations were serially passaged in the presence of increasing concentration of TS, and raw whole-genome sequencing reads were generated to identify mutations associated with antibiotic resistance or tolerance. This dataset enables the analysis of evolutionary dynamics and resistance mechanisms in response to sustained TS exposure.
