Underlying Data and Figures for "Indigenous Tuber-Based Food Systems in Indonesia and Southeast Asia: An Integrative Review of Food Security, Postharvest Biology, and Food Microbiology

This dataset contains the underlying tabular data, search provenance, and original-resolution figures for an integrative review of Indigenous tuber-based food systems in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The package includes: (1) the 23-study historical Scopus core used for food-security synthesis; (2) six compScopusary biological and microbiological studies used only for mechanistic interpretation; (3) documented search dates, sources, and historical flow information; (4) source data for Figures 1 and 2; (5) conceptual documentation for Figure 3; and (6) Figures 1–3 in PNG format. The historical record-level exclusion log for 43 title/abstract exclusions and the duplicate-screening record were not retained and are therefore unavailable. The complementary searches were targeted supplementary searches and were not merged into the historical Scopus flow.
