The effect of anti-FST antibody on apoptosis of activin A-induced lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 cells.

A549 cells were incubated for 24 hours in the absence of activin A (A), presence of 10 ng/ml activin A (B) or 1 µg/ml anti-FST monoclonal antibody + 10 ng/ml activin A (C). A549 cells were stained by Annexin V-Alexa Fluor-488/PI and the stained cells were analyzed by flow cytometry to determine the percentages of AnnexinV+/PI− (early apoptosis) and AnnexinV+/PI+ (late apoptosis) cells.
