In this assay, we aimed to investigate the occupancy of ZFP661 and CTCF at the clustered Pcdh locus during mouse brain development. Overall design: We determined the binding signals of ZFP661 and CTCF in E16.5 mouse forebrains. Anti-HA ChIP-seq was performed in endogenously tagged ZFP661-3HA E16.5 forebrains and untagged controls. ChIP-seq for CTCF was performed in WT and Zfp661 knockout (KO) E16.5 forebrains. Each type included two biological replicates.
