<p>This data collection contains the Survey of Consumer Finances (SCF), which is a triennial survey of the balance sheet, pension, income, and other demographic characteristics of U.S. families. The survey also gathers information on the use of financial institutions. In addition, housing information and attitude twoards various economic issues are assessed. Included in this collection are the Household Information Packet (HIP), a questionnaire-style summary, and a weights file.</p>
