ProBioQuest

We constructed ProBioQuest to collect up-to-date literature related to probiotics from PubMed.gov, ClinicalTrials.gov and PatentsView. More than 2.8 million articles have been collected. Automated information technology-assisted procedures enabled us to collect the data continuously, providing the most up-to-date information. Statistical functions and semantic analyses are provided on the website as an advanced search engine, which contributes to the semantic tool of this database for information search and analyses.本研究构建ProBioQuest数据集，用于从PubMed.gov、ClinicalTrials.gov及PatentsView平台采集与益生菌相关的最新学术文献。当前该数据集已累计收录超过280万篇文献。借助自动化信息技术辅助流程，本数据集可实现持续的数据更新采集，从而保障所收录信息的时效性。该数据集依托官方网站搭建了集成统计功能与语义分析的高级搜索引擎，可作为本数据库的语义化检索工具，助力信息检索与分析工作。
