Application of effective microorganisms during cover crop decomposition

A soil incubation experiment with cover crop (CC) and effective microorganisms (EM).Four different levels of application: no EM (EM0), EM as recommended in agricultural praxis (100 L ha-1; EM1), 100 times higher quantity (EM100) and 100 times higher quantity and sterilized EM (EM100st).Analysis of the microbial community in the effective microorganisms solution and incubated soil was performed on treatments with cover crop addition (CC-EM0, CC-EM1, CC-EM100, CC-EM100st) at day seven of the experiment.
