According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 89 percent of respondents said they had used the website gov.kr of the South Korean government, which provides extensive e-government services. Other popular services accessed were hometax.go.kr, which provides comprehensive tax administration services and the National Health Insurance Service nhis.or.kr.
