Tamoxifen enhances romidepsin-induced senescence in pancreatic cancer cells. We compared gene-expression profile among untreated control, romidepsin-treated, tamoxifen-treated, and romidepsin plus tamoxifen-treated Panc1 cells. Panc1 cells were treated with romidepsin and/or tamoxifen for 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted for hybridization on Affymetrix microarray. We compared gene-expression profile among untreated control, romidepsin-treated, tamoxifen-treated, and romidepsin plus tamoxifen.
