Expression data changes induced by 3D conditions in T-ALL cells [CCRF-CEM cells]

3D constrained conditions promoted H3K4 methylation in ALL cells that altered the global chromatin configuration and transcriptional changes related to cell cycle and DNA replication. CCRF-CEM cells (T-ALL cell line) were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. CCRF-CEM cells were cultured in suspension or 3D conditions (a type I collagen matrix of 1,7 mg/mL) for 1 hour. Cells were lised and mRNA was extracted to compare expression profiles. We used 2 replicates of each sample.
