BUILDING LEADERSHIP COMPETENCES OF FEMALE STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION: SOCIO-CULTURAL BARRIERS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT

This article scientifically analyzes socio-cultural barriers and development opportunities in the process of forming the leadership potential of female students in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article proposes practical measures to unlock the leadership potential of female students. The establishment of gender equality centers, the introduction of a phased development model, the use of an integrated approach with the family, and the use of best practices from regional countries.
