dead) with a confidence score and reason code, plus a per-network rollup of totals, live/dead
counts, and 24-hour uptime - keyed to the same stable source ids as the Public Camera Registry.

Use it to monitor public-camera uptime across agencies, detect outages and degraded feeds, build
data-quality SLAs over third-party camera networks, or filter to only-live cameras before
