National Arbovirus Surveillance System (ArboNET)

ArboNET is a national surveillance system managed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that tracks arboviral diseases (arthropod-borne viruses) in the United States. It monitors diseases transmitted by mosquitos, ticks, and other vectors. ArboNET collects data on human cases, non-human cases (birds, horses, and mosquitoes), and environmental factors. Reports come from state and local health departments, which track cases in collaboration with the CDC. The data helps inform public health responses, mosquito control efforts, and research.
