EFFICIENCY OF EARLY FUNCTIONAL LOADING IN ONE-STAGE AND TWO-STAGE DENTAL IMPLANTATION

资源简介:
The efficiency of dental implantation is not solely measured by implant survival but also by the quality of the peri-implant tissues, patient satisfaction, and the duration of rehabilitation. Traditional two-stage implantation often leads to temporary disuse atrophy of the bone due to the lack of mechanical stimulation during the healing phase (Petrov I.Y., 2014). Conversely, protocols involving early loading (often associated with one-stage or non-submerged techniques) aim to stimulate bone remodeling through physiological stress. Assessing the clinical and functional outcomes of early loading in comparison to the two-stage delayed approach is essential for establishing evidence-based guidelines for "fast-track" dental rehabilitation.
