Festuca glaucescens Fg1 repeat library

Repeat library for Festuca glaucescens, BioProject PRJNA1055418 . Repeat prediction was performed using RepeatModeler v2.0.5 with the Dfam 3.8 database. The pipeline incorporated TRF v4.09, RECON, and RepeatScout v1.0.6. Long terminal repeat (LTR) elements were identified using the LTRStruct module, which integrates GenomeTools v1.6.5, LTR_Retriever, NINJA v1.0 (clustering only), MAFFT v7.525, and CD-HIT v4.8.1, with the ltrSeqLimit parameter set to 11,000.
