Beauveria bassiana is one of the widely used fungal insecticides. It also has a great prospect of development and utilization in the development and utilization of insect pathogenic fungi. In many countries, a variety of dosage forms have been developed for the use of Beauveria bassiana for agricultural production. The use and production of Beauveria bassiana is the largest in China. Using Beauveria bassiana to control pests in agricultural production can greatly reduce the use of chemical pesticides, which plays a good role in the development of green agriculture in China. The control methods of soybean borer mainly rely on chemical control. Agricultural control and biological control methods have also been applied in actual production, but there is still a certain gap between the effect and chemical control methods. The highly pathogenic Beauveria bassiana strain was screened through this experiment. Through the infection of Beauveria bassiana to soybean borer, the transcriptome of soybean borer was sequenced at different infection periods, so as to understand the changes in gene expression when Beauveria bassiana infects soybean borer, and thus to understand some pathogenic mechanisms of Beauveria bassiana infecting soybean borer. The target genes were screened from the transcriptome sequencing and expression changes at each infection stage for further study.
