Single-cell transcriptional landscape of the murine lacrimal gland in health and disease

The lacrimal gland is an epithelial exocrine gland specialized in creating the tear film. This study aims to explore the single-cell transcriptional profile in the normal murine lacrimal gland and also in commonly used disease models for Sjogren's syndrome. Single-cell RNAseq of BALB/cJ, MRL/MpJ-Fas(lpr/lpr), NOD.H2b lacrimal glands.泪腺(lacrimal gland)是一类特化形成泪膜的上皮外分泌腺(epithelial exocrine gland)。本研究旨在解析正常小鼠泪腺以及干燥综合征(Sjögren's syndrome)常用疾病模型中的单细胞转录谱(single-cell transcriptional profile)。本研究对BALB/cJ、MRL/MpJ-Fas(lpr/lpr)、NOD.H2b品系小鼠的泪腺开展了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNAseq)。
