SensTrain is a solution that allows you to monitor and provide feedback of panellist real-time performance during sensory evaluation sessions. SensTrain is currently designed for RedJade® and requires Bash and R. RStudio is a preferred IDE to run SensTrain. Please find detailed instructions in the Readme file.
