Loss of skin and mucosal CXCR3+ resident memory T cells causes irreversible tissue-confined immunodeficiency in HIV

Single cell RNA-seq , VDJ DNA sequencing and Bulk RNA-seq sequencing of human skin and blood CD45+ cells from HIV+ patients and healthy controls For Bulk RNA-seq, we isolated total RNA from skin biopsies and PBMCs. For single cell RNA seq coupled with VDJ DNA Seq, we isolated CD45+ Skin single cells and CD45+ bloos PBMCs. Raw data not provided due to patient confidentiality.
