Transition from NREM to REM sleep

This is the data and matlab code to accompany the paper entitled "Which region enters REM sleep first: Intracerebral properties of NREM to REM sleep transitions in human sleep," by L Peter-Derex, N von Ellenrieder, F van Rosmalen, J Hall, F Dubeau, J Gotman, and B Frauscher. The file NREM_to_REM_sleep_transitions.mat contains the data necessary for reproducing the results, the file NREM_to_REM_sleep_transitions_results.mat contains the results, and the file NREM_to_REM_transitions_script.m contains the code to produce the results, and also contains more information on the variables provided in the first two files.
