资源简介:
This folder contains 4 datasets for the investigation
of the effects of high-intensity interval training HIIT and aerobic exercise on
managing obesity and depression.
The dataset for the study investigating the different
frequencies of HIIT with those of moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT)
on body composition in overweight or obese adults. Outcome measure were
examined at baseline, after 4 weeks, and after 8 weeks of intervention.
The dataset for the study investigating the effects of
long-term effect of low-frequency
high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on body adiposity and live fat in obese
adults. Outcome measure were
examined at baseline and after one year of intervention.
The dataset for the study investigating the effect of once-a-week
HIIT and once-a-week MICT on reducing body adiposity in adults with central
obesity. Outcome measure were examined at baseline and after 12
weeks of intervention.
The dataset for the study investigating the influence
of different exercise frequencies and intensities on prescribed aerobic-type
physical activity (i.e., 75 minutes of vigorous- or 150 minutes of
moderate-intensity exercise weekly) for reducing depressive symptoms in older
adults living with insomnia as recommended by the World Health Organization
(WHO). Outcome measure were examined at baseline and after 12 weeks of
intervention.
