Archived Cadastral Data for Tax Year 2016. The data includes Parcels, Line Types, and Municipalities. PARCELS: The parcels presented here are maintained by the Lucas County Engineer's Tax Map Department and hosted within the Auditor's GIS database in the Cadastre Dataset. Ohio Revised Code Section 5713.09 (Tax maps of subdivisions) states that "the board of county commissioners may designate the county engineer to provide for making, correcting, and keeping up to date a complete set of tax maps of the county, and shall employ the necessary number of assistants. Such maps shall show all original lots and parcels of land, and all divisions, subdivisions, and allotments thereof, with the name of the owner of each original lot or parcel and of each division, subdivision, or lot, all new divisions, subdivisions, or allotments made in the county, all transfers of property, showing the lot or parcel of land transferred, the name of the grantee, and the date of the transfer so that such maps shall furnish the county auditor, for entering on the tax duplicate, a correct and proper description of each lot or parcel of land offered for transfer. Such maps shall be for the use of the county board of revision and the auditor and shall be kept in the office of the auditor." The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, has converted over 2,200 mylar cadastral maps ranging in scale from 50 to 400 to a digital format. This conversion occurred from 1995 to 1998. It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap is the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. 2016纳税年度存档地籍数据。本数据集包含地块（Parcels）、地物线类型（Line Types）以及行政区划（Municipalities）三类核心内容。 一、地块（Parcels）：本次发布的地块由卢卡斯县工程师办公室税务地图部门（Lucas County Engineer's Tax Map Department）维护，并存储于县审计署地理信息系统（GIS）数据库的地籍数据集（Cadastre Dataset）中。 俄亥俄州修订法典第5713.09条（细分地块税务地图）明确规定：县委员会可指定县工程师负责编制、修正并维护全县完整的税务地图集，并可聘用必要数量的辅助人员。该地图集需标注所有原始地块与土地宗地，以及其所有分割、细分与分配情况，同时标注每一块原始地块、每一处分割、细分地块或分配地块的所有者姓名；标注全县范围内所有新的分割、细分或分配行为；标注所有不动产转让信息，涵盖被转让地块信息、受让人姓名与转让日期，以便为县审计署录入税务税册提供每宗拟转让地块或土地的准确合规描述。该地图集仅供县审核委员会与审计署使用，并需存放于审计署办公场所。 俄亥俄州托莱多市卢卡斯县审计署已将2200余张比例尺介于1:50至1:400之间的聚酯薄膜（mylar）地籍地图完成数字化转换，该工作于1995年至1998年间开展，并以数字正射影像（digital orthophoto）作为校正基准底图。本数字地籍底图为俄亥俄州卢卡斯县的官方核心地籍地图。 二、地物线类型（Line Types）：地块边线包含域编码（Domain Codes），并通过11个类别实现唯一符号化： 1. 行政边界（管辖范围：市、村与镇区） 2. 地籍分区界线（涵盖镇区、排区与乡区界线） 3. 专用通行权用地（Right of Way，指政府专用作街道、道路及其他公共通行用途的地役权界线） 4. 宗地界线（指城镇规划地块或其他形式的不动产土地宗地界线） 5. 通行权界线（指穿越宗地的通行通道界线） 6. 缓冲地块界线：指规划图中位于拟延伸街道末端的地块，或沿街仅部分宽度被征用、由业主保留但在街道延伸或拓宽时需按规划条件专项用于街道用途的沿街地块界线 7. 私有通行设施界线（私有道路或通行权用地界线） 8. 地役权界线（Easement，指因必要性、时效、公用事业或其他情形而设立的其他财产权利、特权或权益界线） 9. 历史地块界线（宗地历史边线） 99. 未编码界线（其余所有未归类边线） 三、行政区划（Municipalities）： 城市：莫米市（City of Maumee）、俄勒冈市（City of Oregon）、锡拉尼蒂市（City of Sylvania）、托莱多市（City of Toledo）、沃特维尔市（City of Waterville） 村：伯克利村（Village of Berkey）、港湾景村（Village of Harbor View）、渥太华希尔斯村（Village of Ottawa Hills）、斯旺顿村（Village of Swanton）、怀特豪斯村（Village of Whitehouse） 镇区：哈丁镇区（Harding Township）、耶路撒冷镇区（Jerusalem Township）、普罗维登斯镇区（Providence Township）、里奇菲尔德镇区（Richfield Township）、斯宾塞镇区（Spencer Township）、斯普林菲尔德镇区（Springfield Township）、锡拉尼蒂镇区（Sylvania Township）、斯旺顿镇区（Swanton Township）、华盛顿镇区（Washington Township）、沃特维尔镇区（Waterville Township）
