Bulk ATAC-seq of young HSCs and Selp high vs Selp low HSCs in pre-aged mice

This dataset contains bulk ATAC-seq data from murine hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) across age and Selp expression states. Young HSCs were profiled in bulk, whereas pre-aged HSCs were fractionated into Selp_high and Selp_low populations before chromatin accessibility profiling. Bulk ATAC-seq was performed to characterize age- and Selp-associated changes in chromatin accessibility in HSCs. Raw sequencing data (FASTQ files) are available in the SRA. This dataset enables investigation of epigenetic regulatory programs underlying HSC aging and functional heterogeneity linked to Selp expression.
