Carbapenem non-susceptible Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from companion animals in Japan

This study aimed to investigate the current antimicrobial resistance status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in companion animals in Japan and assess potential risks to human health. Whole genome sequencing was performed on carbapenem non-susceptible Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical samples of companion animals, and the raw read sequences were deposited.
