Effects of disruption of Lysine Deacetylases (DACs) for gene expression in Leishmania mexicana

Here we analyzed the effects of disrupting the four zinc-depend lysine deacetylases (DAC1, DAC3, DAC4 and DAC5) in the gene expression of promastigotes of Leishmania mexicana.For that we compared single-knockout parasites of DAC1 and DAC3; and double-knockout DAC4 and DAC5 with T7/Cas9 expressing parasites.
