In the embryonic spinal cord, motor neurons diversify into different subsets characterized by distinct molecular identity, localization and connectivity. However, the factors that control MN diversification remain poorly known. To identify genes downstream of Onecut transcription factors in motor neurons that may contribute to motor neuron diversification, we performed a RNA-sequencing comparison of control and of OC-deficient motor neuron transcriptome at embryonic day 10.5. 5 control and 5 Oc-deficient embryonic motor neurons

在胚胎脊髓中,运动神经元可分化为多种亚型,各亚型以独特的分子特征、定位方式及连接特性作为区分依据。然而,调控运动神经元分化的相关因子目前仍未得到充分阐明。为筛选可能参与运动神经元分化、且受Onecut转录因子(Onecut transcription factors)调控的下游基因,我们对胚胎发育第10.5天的对照型与OC缺陷型运动神经元转录组进行了RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)比较分析,本研究共纳入5例对照胚胎运动神经元与5例OC缺陷型胚胎运动神经元样本。
