Multi-source Rare Earth Secondary Resource Solid Waste Multi-dimensional Spectroscopy Rapid Identification Dataset

This dataset establishes a characteristic data system for the correlation between multi-dimensional spectroscopy and matter based on Brown’s Law for the first time. Following three years of systematic research and equipment investment, a multi-dimensional spectral database of rare-earth-containing metal-based resource materials has been constructed through data accumulation and information sorting, covering 3 major categories of substrates (11 types in total) and 4 types of coating materials. The dataset includes both visible and non-visible spectral data, comprising multi-dimensional information such as sample coating materials, substrate types, batches, equipment parameters, image data, regional quantitative values, and structured data. The total data volume is 141 MB.
