通过规范的产品委托抽检工作,将检测结果通过信息化手段上传至指定数据库,为政府部门开展卫生巾纸巾及纸尿裤安全监管、保障生产生活安全供应提供科学数据。同时,通过长期收集和分析卫生巾纸巾及纸尿裤抽检数据,实现对卫生巾纸巾及纸尿裤产品安全现状及趋势发展的综合研判,为全社会的安全治理、形成社会共治的良好大局提供信息化服务可迁移荧光物质的测定方法:取随机一片试样,将试样于荧光标准样一同置于紫外灯下约20cm处,对比试样两面是否 于荧光标样有荧光现象。如试样的荧光现象弱于荧光标准样,则判定该样品可迁移荧光物质合格且实验终止;如试样 的荧光现象强于荧光标准样,则继续将试样剪成5*5mm的小块,准确称取2.0g试样于三角烧瓶中,在烧瓶中加入100ml 萃取溶液,在室温条件下缓慢摇晃烧瓶,萃取10min,然后过滤,用盐酸溶液将滤液的PH调节到3.0~5.0.将纱布侵入 滤液中,并在温度为(40±2)℃的恒温水浴中放置30min。用镊子取出纱布,然后挤出滤液并对称折成四层,放在玻 璃表面皿上。将试样纱布以及空白纱布的玻璃表面皿置于紫外灯下约20cm处,观察纱布荧光现象。做两次平行若均无 荧光现象则判定该样品可迁移性荧光物质合格;若两次平行若均有荧光现象则判定该样品可迁移性荧光物质不合格。 例一份婴儿纸尿裤可迁移荧光物质无,则这份婴儿纸尿裤可迁移荧光物质合格。 此次统计婴儿纸尿裤中可迁移荧光物质的合格率,计算公式为合格率 = (合格数量 / 总数量) x 100%
Through standardized commissioned product spot inspection, test results are uploaded to a designated database via information-based methods, providing scientific data for government departments to carry out safety supervision of sanitary napkins, facial tissues and baby diapers, and ensure safe supply of production and daily necessities. Meanwhile, by long-term collection and analysis of spot inspection data of sanitary napkins, facial tissues and baby diapers, comprehensive assessment and judgment on the current safety status and development trends of these products can be realized, providing information-based services for the whole society's safety governance and the formation of a good situation of social co-governance.
Determination method for migratory fluorescent substances: Take one randomly selected test specimen, place it together with the fluorescent standard reference sample approximately 20 cm under an ultraviolet lamp, and compare the fluorescent phenomena on both sides of the test specimen with that of the standard reference sample. If the fluorescent intensity of the specimen is weaker than that of the standard reference sample, the sample is judged as qualified in terms of migratory fluorescent substances, and the test is terminated. If the fluorescent intensity of the specimen is stronger than that of the standard reference sample, continue to cut the specimen into 5×5 mm small pieces, accurately weigh 2.0 g of the specimen into an Erlenmeyer flask, add 100 ml of extraction solution to the flask, slowly shake the flask at room temperature for extraction for 10 minutes, then filter, and adjust the pH of the filtrate to 3.0–5.0 with hydrochloric acid solution. Soak the gauze in the filtrate, and place it in a constant-temperature water bath at (40±2) ℃ for 30 minutes. Take out the gauze with tweezers, squeeze out the filtrate, fold it symmetrically into four layers, and place it on a glass watch glass. Place the glass watch glasses with the test gauze and blank gauze approximately 20 cm under an ultraviolet lamp, and observe the fluorescent phenomena of the gauze. Conduct two parallel tests: if neither test shows fluorescent phenomena, the sample is judged as qualified in terms of migratory fluorescent substances; if both tests show fluorescent phenomena, the sample is judged as unqualified in terms of migratory fluorescent substances. For example, if a baby diaper has no migratory fluorescent substances, then this baby diaper is qualified in terms of migratory fluorescent substances.
The pass rate of migratory fluorescent substances in baby diapers for this statistics is calculated as: Pass Rate = (Qualified Quantity / Total Quantity) × 100%
