This study comprises DNA methylation profiles of 15 white matter samples obtained from CNS autopsies across different age groups to study age-associated epigenetic changes. The samples comprise 5 young, 5 adult and 5 old indivudials. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 15 white matter samples were hybridised to the MethylationEPIC BeadChip array.
