本数据集是航行航班验证系统、航线规划系统、情报性能综合管理系统、签派放行系统以及电子飞行包所需的动态数据，可广泛用于多种场景，包括通告可视化展示、受影响航线分析、飞行计划/FPL/公司航线验证与规划、航前资料公告、航班监控等。
将航行通告从报文形式生产为数字化数据可作为上述应用系统的动态数据源实现自动化智能化的航班规划、验证、放行、监控等流程，大幅提升航司签派情报部门的工作效率和服务质量；同时航行通告的高质量可视化展示也能有效提高飞行员情景意识，大大减少飞行员的航行通告阅读量，聚焦重要信息，为航空安全提供强有力的保障。

This dataset provides dynamic data required for navigation flight verification systems, route planning systems, integrated intelligence performance management systems, dispatch release systems, and electronic flight bags (EFBs). It supports a wide range of application scenarios, including NOTAM visualization, affected route analysis, flight plan (FPL)/airline route verification and planning, pre-flight information announcements, flight monitoring, and more.

Converting NOTAMs from their original message format into digital data can serve as the dynamic data source for the aforementioned application systems, enabling automated and intelligent flight planning, verification, dispatch release, monitoring and other operational workflows, which greatly enhances the operational efficiency and service quality of airline dispatch and intelligence departments. Meanwhile, high-quality visualization of NOTAMs can effectively improve pilots' situational awareness, significantly reducing the volume of NOTAMs that pilots need to review, allowing them to focus on critical information, and providing robust support for aviation safety.
