Wind speed is measured at 0.1 Hz using a Gill 2D-type Windsonic anemometer (Campbell® Scientific Instruments). The anemometer is located at 6.6 m height. The average and maximum wind speed in meter per second (m/s) are recorded at a 5 min time-step using a CR200 datalogger (Campbell® Scientific Instruments). Average wind speed is distributed at a 1 hour time-step in UTC. The value reported for 01:00UTC represents the average over the past hour, and so on (the number of values used to compute the average is given for each time step).
