Characterisation of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris, Phaseolus coccineus) accessions under organic farming conditions in Italy (2023–2024)

This dataset contains trial data from the characterisation of common bean accessions (Phaseolus vulgaris, Phaseolus coccineus) under organic farming conditions across different locations in Italy between 2023 and 2024. The trials were conducted by Rete Semi Rurali as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic, phenological, morphological, seed, stress tolerance and quality-related traits, including flowering, pod and seed characteristics, stress tolerance, protein content and taste evaluation.
