RIG-I G731R - gels & blots

These deposited raw data files are related to gel or blot images used in the main or supplemental figures, as indicated in the folder titles.
“Fig 3A - EMSA” contains two raw tif files, each shows the raw image of two replicated gel shift experiments done on the represented dates.
“Fig S1” contains subfolders related to each figure panel. “A & E - EV WT & delta190” contains two folders, one for the beta-actin control (cut below ~55 kDa), and one for RIG-I or variant (cut above ~55 kDa). Each folder contains the raw tif and jpg files. There are many blots because these experiments were scanned with a larger set; the first two lanes in the top blot after the first marker correspond to S1A, and the first lane next to the second marker corresponds to S1E.
Similarly, “B - G731R comp” contains two subfolders for beta-actin and RIG-I, each with raw tif and jpg files. Lanes 2-7 after the first marker in the top blow correspond to this figure.
“C - hPIV” contains two raw tif files representing the RIG-I and tubulin western blot scans
“F - G731X” contains four subfolders, two for beta-actin and for RIG-I because the colorimetric markers had to be scanned under a different setting on a new machine. The left side of the blots in the raw tif and jpg files correspond to this figure.
