This series consists of files on bursaries awarded to students and subsequently withdrawn. Each file contains the same information as the series "Bursaries Awarded", with the addition of a letter notifying the withdrawal of the bursary and any other correspondence which relates to the withdrawal. The letter includes correspondence from students who have accepted another award; whose parents' income is above the required amount, or; whose address (for example, outside the State of New South Wales) prevents them from being eligible.
