10X Gemonics Single-cell RNA sequence of ovaries at P1,P14,W8,M8 and M12

1 day-, 14-day-, 8-week-, 8-month- and 12-month-old mice ovaries were collected for single-cell RNA sequencing. The developmental stage-specific somatic cells were defined and analyzed with the dynamics of cell-cell communication networks to reveal their association with ovarian development and senescence. These results provide strong support for further research on the supporting role and regulation mechanism of somatic cells to follicles. Overall design: Single cell transcriptome landscape of mouse ovary from fetal to aged mouse: total 9 samples of 10xGenomic Single cell RNA sequencing of ovary at 5 different ages, including postnatal 1 day(P1, 1sample,germ cell and somatic cell),14-day-old(2 samples,somatic cell), 8-week-old(2 samples,somatic cell), 8-month-old(2 samples,somatic cell) and 12-month-old(2 samples,somatic cell) were produced.
