Expression data from newborn rat skeletal muscle subjected to low protein diet or low protein+taurine during gestation

We used microarrays to detail changes in global programme of gene expression in newborn offspring skeletal muscle brains from rats subjected to either a control diet, a low protein diet or a low protein diet + taurine supplementation本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术，详细解析了经三种饮食干预处理的大鼠新生后代骨骼肌与脑组织中的全局基因表达谱变化。三种干预饮食分别为：对照饮食、低蛋白饮食，以及低蛋白饮食联合牛磺酸（taurine）补充方案。
