This project aims to sequence Arabidopsis chloroplast tRNAs using mim-tRNAseq and QuantM-tRNA seq using two reverse transcriptases (i.e. SuperScript IV and Induro) to detect and characterise tRNA post-transcriptional modifications. As a control the tRNAs from E. coli were also sequenced.
